Prisoner on protection.
BEHIND PRISON WALLS ARE PEOPLE THE WORLD MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN - BUT GOD HAS NOT FORGOTTEN.
We’ve just returned from Scotland, and we’re still carrying the weight of what God did.
We had the privilege of partnering with SPF and stepping through the gates of 7 prisons, with one clear purpose: to share the Gospel and pray with men and women carrying deep regret, guilt, pain and brokenness.
We spoke with around 140 prisoners, and 130 responded to the Gospel.
I also had the privilege of speaking at the annual Prison Fellowship gathering, as well as visiting 2 churches and Jumping Jacks in Glasgow, where another 25 people responded to the Gospel.
But beyond the numbers were real people, real stories, and powerful moments of encounter with the Holy Spirit.
A huge thank you to PFS, who helped us distribute 500 books into prisons across Scotland, and to every person who prayed, gave, travelled, served and supported this mission. We could not have done it without you.
To walk through those gates and share the hope found in Christ is an incredible honor. To see hope return to someone’s eyes, faith awaken, and hearts begin to open again - that is why we go.
Jesus came to proclaim freedom for the prisoners - Isaiah 61:1.
Some may feel forgotten by the world, but they are not forgotten by God.
The Gospel reaches behind prison walls and JESUS still sets captives FREE!!
ONE STORY THAT IMPACTED ME
At one of the services, a man came who doesn’t normally attend. As I looked at him, I could see he was broken.
At the end of the meeting, he responded to the Gospel and shared some of his story. He was serving a sentence for attempted murder, and this was the second time he had been in prison on this charge. His own father had been murdered, and it was clear how deeply that trauma had shaped his life.
He spoke about running from the Lord for years, but said he had finally been drawn to come this day and to witness how He had evidently come to a place of surrender.
It was heartbreaking to hear his story and see the impact of so much pain on his life, his
children and his partner. Yet he left that meeting with something that had been missing for a long time - hope.
His sentence may be long, but his story is not over.
No one is too far gone for Jesus.
We are praying that God will meet him deeply in that place, bring healing and restoration, and use his life powerfully to reach others.
Because the Gospel doesn’t just change circumstances.
It changes hearts, heals and restores broken lives.
PRISON MINISTRY UPDATE
We have now sent almost 6,000 books into prisons across the UK, and every seed matters.
During this trip, I met prisoners whose lives had already been impacted by the hope found in these books. Sometimes a book is simply the starting point - a testimony they can relate to, helping them realise, “If God can do it for them, He can do it for me.”
That’s why we keep sending them.
But we also need prison partners. People who carry a heart to see broken lives restored and are willing to pray, give and stand with us in reaching those behind the bars.
I’m so grateful for everyone who has already sown into this ministry. People sowed seeds into my life long before I came to Christ, and I know the power of a seed sown in faith.
Never underestimate the power of a testimony. Never underestimate the power of the Gospel.

UPCOMING GOSPEL CAMPAIGNS IN ZIMBABWE
The mission doesn’t stop in Scotland.
The same message that is changing lives in Scotland is the message we will carry into Zimbabwe:
Jesus saves. Jesus heals the broken-hearted. Jesus forgives sin. Jesus calls people into a new life with Him. We’re heading into some deeply deprived areas, believing for thousands to hear the Gospel and respond. We’ll be holding 2 mass evangelistic campaigns, while also ministering to leaders, churches and young people.
We go because Jesus said, “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel and make disciples of all nations.”
We’ve seen hundreds of thousands respond to the Gospel across Africa, and we believe the harvest is truly ripe.
